Once the file has been saved to a hard disk, just double-click on the file so that the installer opens up.

Most likely, you’ll see a license or terms of service agreement. It will ask you if you want to be signed up for the email and ask for an email address. You don’t have to provide this to get the drivers, just decline that part, but you’ll have to agree to this license in order to proceed.
